Elemental Qi Gong
Qi Gong, also pronounced "chi-kung", is an ancient practice, which helps to exercise good health, mental and emotional balance.
This practice combines mindful movement and gentle breathing
Helps to manage stress, anxiety and balances blood pressure
Improves concentration and memory
Corrects posture, improves circulation, regulate emotions, eliminate excess toxins
Increased vital energy
Aids rest and sleep, and good health in general.
60 minute indoor group classes are run in small numbers of 6 to 8 people max
1 to 1 Qi Gong classes are offered in sessions of 30, 45 and 60 minutes
Qi Gong classes can also be held over zoom
