Elemental Qi Gong


Qi Gong, also pronounced "chi-kung", is an ancient practice, which helps to exercise good health, mental and emotional balance.

This practice combines mindful movement and gentle breathing




  • Helps to manage stress, anxiety and balances blood pressure

  • Improves concentration and memory

  • Corrects posture, improves circulation, regulate emotions, eliminate excess toxins

  • Increased vital energy

  • Aids rest and sleep, and good health in general.



60 minute  indoor group classes are run in small numbers of 6 to 8 people max

1 to 1 Qi Gong classes are offered in sessions  of 30, 45 and 60 minutes

Qi Gong classes can also be held over zoom
