Elemental Qi Gong

Qigong, also pronounced "chi-kung", is an ancient form of exercise that combines breathwork, movement, and meditation to balance the flow of Qi or life force energy throughout the body.  It is also part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which helps to exercise good health, mental and emotional balance.



  • Helps to manage stress, anxiety and balances blood pressure

  • Improves concentration and memory

  • Corrects posture, improves circulation, regulate emotions, eliminate excess toxins

  • Increased vital energy

  • Promotes balancing of hormonal changes (pms and menopause)

  • Aids rest and sleep, and good health in general



60 minute  indoor group classes are run in small numbers of 6 to 8 people max

1 to 1 Qi Gong classes are offered in sessions  of 30, 45 and 60 minutes
